The service allows the User to purchase digital goods — Telegram Stars, a Telegram Premium subscription — with cryptocurrency or a bank card, and to pay for entry into a Telegram Stars giveaway.

The item is credited to the Telegram account specified by the User when placing the order. The service is not responsible for the accuracy of recipient details entered by the User.

An order is placed on the site by specifying the recipient's Telegram username, the quantity, and the chosen payment method.

Payment is made using one of the methods listed on the site: cryptocurrency (to an address generated for the order) or a bank card via a partner acquirer. The order price is fixed for the time window shown on the payment page.

An order is considered fulfilled once the paid item is credited to the specified account.

The service undertakes to deliver the paid item within a reasonable time after payment is confirmed, and to provide support for order-related questions via Telegram.

The User undertakes to provide accurate order details and to pay using a method they are legally entitled to use.

The service is not liable for delays caused by failures on the side of payment providers, blockchain networks, or the Telegram platform itself.

The service does not store or request Users' Telegram account passwords.

The conditions and procedure for refunds are set out in a separate document — the Refund Policy, available on the site.

Data provided by the User when placing an order is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site.

The service may unilaterally amend these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
